MANAGEMENT ASSESSMENT

“When MSIF agreed to provide development capital for the international expansion of Aerogistics, the deal was conditional on satisfactory management due diligence assessments.  Ashley Hoyle (“AH”) undertook the management profiling of the four members of the Aerogistics management team.  Given the nature of the growth plans and the lack of experience of the team in growing and managing a successful international organization AH recommended including the use of a detailed In-tray (case study) exercise in addition to the usual interview and personality & psychometric testing to look into each team member’s abilities and personality traits to assess their chances of success in their respective roles.  

This was the first time we used the in-tray exercises which proved to be very useful.  Overall, we were impressed by the thoroughness of AH’s work and the quality of the output.  We would not hesitate in recommending AH to others and will continue to use their Management Assessment services in the future.”
