As a director with over 20 years' experience of identifying, selecting and placing senior individuals from a wide variety of functions and market sectors Jane is retained on search and selection assignments for SMEs and blue chip organisations. She particularly concentrates on finding candidates who are not only functionally right for the role but who also fit culturally into the company and the existing team.
Jane is a qualified Psychometrics Assessor, trained in the use of both SHL materials and the 'WAVE' instruments from Saville Consulting. She coaches at senior level and has experience with leadership development programmes, career development and team building.
