Profile: Liz Demaison

Liz joined Ashley Hoyle from MIDAS, Manchester’s inward investment agency where she was successful in attracting companies in the professional and financial services sector to locate their operations in Manchester.

With over ten years experience of working for inward investment agencies including the Northwest Regional Development Agency and the Lancashire Economic Partnership, Liz has worked with a wide range of international and UK businesses.

This predominantly focused on developing the business case for expanding and establishing new operations in the region as well as helping the companies with the logistics of setting-up their offices. One of the most critical components of this was the company’s search for talent.

As a result, she has significant experience of engaging with companies to understand their human resources requirement and deliver effective solutions. This experience is combined with a strong network within the Financial and Professional services sector.
