Non-Executive Directors’ Forum

The Ashley Hoyle and London Stock Exchange forum meets twice a year to discuss topical issues that affect Non-Executive Directors. The forum is made up of Chairmen and Non-Executive Directors of Main Market, AIM and private companies.

The most recently held forum on the 18th November, gave delegates the opportunity to hear an advanced briefing on the Review of the Combined Code; a banker’s view of the credit market and Roger Lane-Smith, a seasoned Non-Executive Director and Chairman gave a practical overview of the role of a Non-Executive.
