Non-Executive Directors’ Forum

The Ashley Hoyle and London Stock Exchange forum meets twice a year to discuss topical issues that affect Non-Executive Directors. The forum is made up of Chairmen and Non-Executive Directors of Main Market, AIM and private companies.

The most recently held forum on the 21st April, gave delegates the opportunity to hear an update on the state of the stock market, opportunities for pension investment and contrasting views on Non-Executive Directors from a private equity investor and Keith Jordan, Chairman of a number of private companies where there has been outside equity investment.
