In this major international company, Ashley Hoyle were asked to provide a bespoke interview training course for new HR staff.
What We Did: We worked with the client to understand the particular issues facing the delegates and produced a bespoke Competency Based Interview Training Programme using the client’s competencies and assessment processes. The course was very practical in nature, focusing on the core skills of interviewing, questioning, probing, interpreting the results and making informed decisions.
The Outcome:
The success of this training led to further work within the organisation.
