The Situation: A large northern university has worked with Ashley Hoyle over several years on key parts of their Leadership Development Programme.
What we did: We provided coaching support on this 12 month programme for all directors and senior managers within the University up to and including the Vice Chancellor. We used psychometric profiling to ensure that the individuals understood their working styles and behaviours, the effect these had on their relationships with colleagues and the resultant impact on their work.
Subsequently, one-to-one coaching discussions and action plans were based on the findings of the psychometrics.
The Outcome:
Ashley Hoyle has been retained over a number of years to carry out similar work with newly promoted senior managers.
