The Team: Managing Director, Finance Director, Sales Director and Non Executive Director.
The Process: The Executive Assessment process comprised in-depth interviews, psychometrics and a number of management simulation exercises to identify strengths and limitations against an agreed set of behavioural competencies.
The Outcome:
There were great strengths within the senior management team, however Ashley Hoyle identified significant concerns, which posed a serious threat to the growth of the business. This, coupled with other related issues, resulted in the funding provider walking away from the deal.
