Ashley Hoyle was invited to design a bespoke training programme for the new Assessment Centre developed by this large security company.
What We Did: We designed a bespoke one day programme complete with slides, case studies, course notes and practice sessions.
The Outcome:
The training was well received by delegates and supported the roll out of the Assessment Centre process.
Three years later, staff turnover among front line security staff had halved and line managers and trainers were very positive about the quality of individuals resulting from the revised assessment process.
Ashley Hoyle were asked to run a further series of Refresher Training programmes which also covered interview skills.
