The Situation: Ashley Hoyle has been helping this international chemical company provide 360° feedback and team workshops to their senior managers and directors across the UK business.
What We Did: We worked with the HR Department to adapt their in-house 360° process to the UK environment. We analysed the individual 360° reports and facilitated a one-to-one feedback discussion with each participant.
We facilitated a team workshop for each participant and their direct reports. Key results from the 360° process were highlighted and discussed resulting in an agreed action plan for the individual and the team as a whole.
The Outcome:
This approach was well received by all participants and engendered a positive team spirit. The emphasis on joint action by the individual and their whole team ensured that the workshop was a joint problem-solving session rather than focusing on criticism of the participant.
