The Situation: In this international PLC, a team was assembled from 6 countries to work on the roll out of a major global project. Effective team working was essential to the success of the project.
What We Did: Each member of the project team completed a personality questionnaire and participated in a detailed feedback discussion with Ashley Hoyle. We provided the project managers with an overview of their likely individual contribution to the team and the running of the project.
We facilitated a session for the whole project team. With everyone’s agreement and utilising practical team building exercises, we reviewed the likely impact of each individual and the complementary strengths among the team.
The Outcome: Project team members commented favourably on the process and the insights it had given them into their own behaviour and how they could work effectively with others on the team
The Project Director subsequently used Ashley Hoyle and parts of the same process for another project team.
