Directions to Station House

From the M6 Northbound

• Exit the M6 at Junction 19
• At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Chester Road, (A556), signposted Manchester.
• Continue along Chester Road (A556), entering Mere
• At Mere crossroads, continue forward, entering Bucklow Hill
• At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Dunham Road (A56), signposted Altrincham.
• Continue straight along this road for approx one mile, entering Altrincham
• At the third major set of lights (Kwik Fit on the left), turn right onto Woodlands Road
• At the next lights turn right into Stamford New Road.
• Station House is on your right, just after passing the right turn to Stamford Street.

From M62 Westbound/M60

• Continue straight on as the M62 becomes the M60 at Junction 18.
• Exit the M60 at Junction 7, signposted (A56) Sale/Altrincham
• Bear left on slip road – signposted Manchester/Sale/Altrincham
• At traffic lights turn right onto the A56, signposted Altrincham
• Continue along the A56 through a number of traffic lights and you will see the following landmarks: TGI Fridays on your right, Topps Tiles and Sainsbury’s on your left and South Trafford College on your right
• When you see B&Q on your right, start looking out for the Cresta Court Hotel on your left hand side
• At the traffic lights by the Cresta Court Hotel, turn left onto Woodlands Road
• At the next set of traffic lights turn right into Stamford New Road
• Station House is on your right, just after passing the right turn to Stamford Street

From M56 Eastbound

• Exit the M56 at Junction 7, signposted Altrincham
• At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Dunham Road (A56) signposted Altrincham
• Continue straight along this road for approx one mile, entering Altrincham
• At the third major set of lights (Kwik Fit on the left), turn right onto Woodlands Road
• At the next lights turn right into Stamford New Road
• Station House is on your right, just after passing the right turn to Stamford Street

From M56 Westbound

• Leave the M56 at Junction 6, signposted Hale/Wilmslow/Macclesfield
• At the traffic lights turn left, signposted Hale
• At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A538 Hale Road (Hale / Altrincham)
• Continue along Hale Road for approx 1 ½ miles, until you reach the mini roundabout at the end of the road. Turn right (2nd exit)
• Carry on going straight ahead, passing through Altrincham town centre. You will see the Railway and Bus Station on your right.
• Station House is just past this on the left (as the road starts to bend).
