Well designed Assessment Centres have been shown to be the most effective ways to identify high performing individuals for key roles. They can be costly to implement and if poorly designed, Assessment Centres can waste considerable amounts of money and result in low quality information about the candidates.

Ashley Hoyle Consultants have many years experience of Assessment Centre design and in a very short space of time can often identify significant improvements to an assessment centre process.
